DocServer provides a turn-key solution for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) powered by SharePoint. This solution provides scanning, indexing, storing and retrieving documents. Documents can be scanned on an MFP or scanner, or captured electronically from desktop applications. They are indexed by key data values and sent to a centralized SharePoint repository for storage. Documents can easily be retrieved by full text or meta-data without knowing a lengthy filename or location.
